Accellion Courier secure file transfer appliance is an on-demand file transfer platform that does not require FTP servers.

Courier File Transfer Appliance (FTA) allows internal and external users to send and receive files bi-directionally on the same platform. It offers a Web interface with end-to-end file security and policy-based file lifecycle management. It also supports plug-in integration with Outlook and Lotus E-mail clients. For multi-site enterprises, FTA offers clustering for multi-site load balancing, replication and failover.

The product is offered in both Standard (targeted to single-site and medium to high volume users), and Enterprise (targeted to multi-site and high volume users) versions.
