Content Contributors - Public or Private Registration

Online registration tools can be open to the public, or within your own internal network, allowing public or private registration of content contributors (providers). Invite contributors such as departments, third parties, outside organizations, or affiliates to register for online content submission. Administrators can approve or deny registrations while tracking content provided by any particular content contributor (provider).

Maintain Control of Valuable Assets

Active Data Aggregator allows organizations to decentralize the information gathering process while maintaining control over the editing process. Aggregator permits you to centralize the aggregation process while allowing for decentralized distribution of content across independent sites. One copy of the original content is within your network control. Content is stored, categorized and maintained in a central repository and viewed in the Aggregator Content Directory.
