ABF Password Recovery is a program to retrieve lost or forgotten passwords for many programs and file formats. Passwords for programs can be recovered for the current installation of Windows only.

Useful tools inside the program include: Password picker, Hidden passwords browser, and Personal folder recovery. The program interface is customized, so the users can change it according to their preferences.

The current version of ABF Password Recovery supports the following programs:

- Internet Explorer: passwords to HTTP protected items and FTP accounts.

- Outlook Express: passwords to identities; mail, news, and LDAP accounts

- MS Office Outlook: passwords to personal folders; mail and LDAP accounts

- MS Office Access: passwords to MDB files

- Total Commander: passwords to FTP accounts

- FAR manager: passwords to FTP accounts

The vendor states that the number of supported programs and features will be increased in future releases.
