JobTabs enables you to have multiple resumes that are automatically updated and revisioned with each and every change. Creating a new resume is done in one click. Even if you delete a resume, every resume you have ever sent to any prospective employer is still readily available.

The vendor states that JobTabs allows you to query virtually every site in the world for the opportunity of your choosing. You can setup search agents for any site that has a search form - this includes sites that don't have search agents. The tool also features integration with RSS/Atom feeds.

JobTabs can save every posting you want directly into JobTabs; even if they delete the listing it will still be available to you in its original format. Each job you apply to can be retrieved as a locally stored Web page along with the cover letter and the resume you sent them.

JobTabs comes with a contact manager, integrated E-mail, and facilities to import your contacts from Outlook, Palm, Excel and text files. Networking tools and facilities are included.
