SNAP VPN provides a Secure Network Access Platform (SNAP), integrating a set of ClearPath Network Managed Services with a single network appliance. The security network environment is automatically maintained by SNAP VPN.

- Plug and play installation: Plug a SNAP VPN into your existing router, Ethernet port, or PC and the auto-provisioning process installs your entire connectivity, security and management environment automatically. SNAP VPN can be installed right out of the box; default or custom configuration is created at account set up within SNAP View from any Web browser.

- Automated managed services: persistent site-to-site tunnel management, configuration management, real-time network reporting, remote access management, software upgrades, security updates, and database updates

- Works with any existing broadband Internet connection

- Every SNAP platform includes anti-virus, firewall, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, content filtering, network reporting, device monitoring, remote access, VPN management and network traffic management

- ClearPath has a 24x7 staffed Network Operations Center

- SNAP View: Provides both visibility and control for IT Administrators and Solution Providers with a network administration and reporting interface that works between the SNAP appliance and ClearPath's configuration and management infrastructure. SNAP View allows you to perform administrative changes to your SNAP VPN, firewall, IDS and Virus profiles, remote access users, track bandwidth utilization to and from the device, latency, packet delivery and jitter intervals. Network settings may be adjusted in real time from any Internet-enabled Web browser.

Each SNAP VPN includes a support, update and maintenance program.
