The Vicomsoft DHCP Server can distribute up to 1024 unique configurations. Client computers are issued with configurations on a one hour lease (this default value can be adjusted), renewable by the client computer when required. BootP clients are issued addresses indefinitely.

The DHCP Server provides this configuration service to computers on your network using Windows 95/98/NT, MacOS, UNIX and other platforms that follow TCP/IP standards.

The DHCP Server is fully configurable, and provides automatic allocation of TCP/IP information dynamically, for set-and-forget operation. If required, manual options provide maximum flexibility by allowing administrators fine control of individual address allocation.

Supports multiple ethernet cards.

Remembers allocated clients after a shut down or restart.
