In addition to a Web-based system for a sales force, ContactAdministrator.com also features the vendor's "Predictor" analytics feature. The Predictor provides probabilities on a sales lead before the lead is given to a rep:

- That the lead will be successfully closed

- Which rep will most likely close the opportunity

- The estimated dollar value of the opportunity

Platform features include:

- Forms wizard: Allowing creation of customizable forms for the capture and reporting of information required for prospect qualification and rep follow-up

- Source tracking: Track all leads from source to current day disposition

- Automatic lead referral: If desired, the system can automatically refer opportunities to appropriate sales channel reps for immediate follow-up, without the need for management intervention

- Storage and distribution of proposals, documents, E-mails, and invoices: Provides a one-stop file for all written interactions with a prospect or customer on a project specific basis

- Schedule manager: Allows organization and tracking of all daily activities, as well as provides a snapshot of all current day and future activities that are scheduled

- Automatic ticklers: When an action is scheduled for completion, the system lets the user know they have a task to perform and a result to report
