Alexsys Team 2 helps organizations collaborate, manage projects using milestones, create personal work lists, and analyze/balance workloads. It includes a customizable database and data entry forms, sorts and filters, E-mail notifications, automatic escalations, group access control, spell checker, integration with Microsoft Outlook, and time recording.

Alexsys Team 2 comes with its own internal database and also works with Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and MySQL Servers. This software package includes Alexsys Team 2 for Windows, Team-Web to access Team from the Web, and Team WebEntry to allow non-Team users to enter requests via the Web.
