The extWARN Emergency Alert Software for Intranets is a Web-based platform to broadcast alerts and warnings to personnel.

extWARN uses a Web-based Administration Console that provides for management of all broadcast warnings/targets as well as for transmission of all emergency broadcasts to users via TCP/IP.

extWARN also uses a Client Module that is loaded into PCs at Windows startup or when users log into the network. This client program monitors a TCP port for receipt of extWARN alerts/warnings and automatically invokes a targeted user's default Web browser to display the transmitted information.
