IntelliEnterprise is an intranet suite that includes Enterprise portal, content and document management, Enterprise collaboration, dashboards, search and workflow modules.

The suite's modules come with customizable applications like contacts, employee directory, CRM, asset manager, issue manager, event/meeting manager, recruiting requisitions, job candidate tracker, knowledge base/FAQ, help desk, private and public calendars, tasks, Web mail, discussion forums, and virtual communities.

IntelliEnterprise comes with the following modules:

- Enterprise portal: A Web-based desktop that integrates all IntelliEnterprise modules and other Web applications into a single user experience

- Workflow: A Web-based platform for Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation. With the Workflow Designer, the vendor states that paper-based business processes can be converted into electronic processes

- Enterprise 2.0 Collaboration: Allows employees, business partners and clients to exchange and collaborate online

- Search: Searches all your structured and unstructured information assets based on an index catalog. This catalog updates automatically when adding or updating information.

- Document Management: Manages knowledge resources existing as files, documents, presentations, reports, E-mail, graphics, images, audio/video files, etc.

- Content Management: Enables employees to contribute to the process of content creation for departmental and project Web sites

- Application Builder: Allows creation, assembly and customization of applications

- Dashboards: Allows the creation and management of dashboards providing a real-time view of the business. The Application Builder offer several types of aggregated views. The results of all these views can be visualized as Dashboard Portlets without any coding. adenin Business Dashboards can also visualize data from any ADO/ODBC compatible data sources.
