Feedback Analytics

Kampyle Feedback Analytics provides Web site owners with a feedback form and management application to collect, analyze, measure and manage Web site users' feedback on services, products and customer experience, allowing Web site owners to respond to their users' feedback. The vendor states that the hosted service fits Web sites of all sizes and all verticals (LOBs) and supports more than 60 languages.

Basic usage of the service is:

- Create customizable 'Plug and Play' feedback forms

- Capture customer feedback on products, services and user experience

- Act upon the analyzed feedback data

Kampyle's Feedback Analytics Platform arranges the corrective action required in a visible display. Web site owners can create different feedback forms for different areas of the Web site; e.g. shopping cart, home page, search result, Registration, etc.

The Feedback Analytics Management Application supports the management of all the different feedbacks coming from the different feedback forms. The Web site owner can also choose to actively ask the users for feedback in different locations of the Web site.
