Amphis - Customer is a customer database with features that assist in the generation of quotes and invoices, management of E-mail, financial tracking, reminders, storing of correspondence and sales history.

Features include:

- E-mail templates allow you to send standard E-mails and standard E-mail replies including attachments. Wording and formats / fonts etc. used in documents created are customizable. You can create letters to customers, marketing documents, and create your own templates

- Reminders help you to remember events such as customers you need to call or E-mail, quotes or invoices you need to create, etc.

- Drag and drop an E-mail from Outlook onto the main form to add an email to the customer history. Automatically displays the corresponding customer record. Creates a new customer record if the customer doesn't already exist

- More than 30 customizable fields to store information specific to your business

- Mail merge to send documents to groups of customers

- Generate free-form or itemized quotes and invoices. Itemized quotes and invoices can be generated from an items/parts database

- Items/parts can be imported from a spreadsheet

- Customer details can be imported from Outlook or a spreadsheet

- Invoices support Deposit Paid and adjust the balance accordingly

- Print customer address labels

- You can specify your own Custom Reports, and there are built-in reports (e.g., top spenders, monthly sales totals, invoices created in the last 30 days etc.)

- Local currency and date formats are automatically used

- You can specify the relevant sales taxes to use

- "How to" training videos show you how to use the software

- Supports network access and SQL Server\
