Backstop is an integrated Hedge Fund CRM and investor account management platform that helps you to streamline and track all communications with investors and prospective clients - from E-mailing performance estimates to printing account statements. Additionally, Backstop helps users manage their activity with prospective investors through the sales process, from lead generation and opportunity tracking through task and workflow management.

With Backstop, you can view full client history at-a-glance, including: transactions, documents, E-mails, notes, meetings, and relationships; generate and distribute marketing materials and investor communications; and synchronize information with MS Exchange Server, Outlook, and BlackBerry or handheld PDA.

Backstop integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange, featuring synchronization and the ability to view extended contact and investor account information inside of Outlook.
