Synchrony is a customer experience management platform that leverages existing technology investments within any organization. It includes two primary technology components:
- A contact center platform
- Universal View, an agent desktop that provides a 360-degree view of the customer
The inbound and outbound multimedia platforms enable continuous interactions across phone, E-mail, chat, fax, and documents. Features include universal queuing and intelligent routing and prioritization.
Synchrony's Universal View--smart agent desktop--provides a consolidated window into each customer. By transparently collaborating with any enterprise applications or back-end systems, Synchrony agents can view relevant customer interactions, transactions and history, as well as pertinent tools and resources needed for each conversation.
Tracking, monitoring and reporting capabilities further enhance the analysis and understanding of activities, customers, product lines, and campaigns.
Synchrony is offered as an on-demand/hosted solution and as an on-site enterprise solution. The on-demand model enables customers to "try before you buy;" at any time the customer can move Synchrony on-site without losing any functionality.
