SightMax for IIS provides real-time, live chat and live visitor traffic monitoring for your Web site.
SightMax built-in features include: Corporate instant messaging between operators, operator chat transfer, multiple chat queues (for example sales and support), chat conferencing and operator "coaching." There's also a co-browse feature that allows operators to view the exact page the visitor is viewing on the Web site at that moment.
Other features include link referrer tracking and navigation history, chat survey generator, page push, secure chats, operator initiated chat, spell check, canned responses and more.
All data is stored in the included Microsoft SQL Database allowing retrieval of visitor history as well as previous chat transcripts. SightMax is written in .NET, there are no recurring monthly fees, and it is installed and hosted locally on your server.
