Astute, Inc's core software offering consists of the PowerCenter family of products. PowerCenter provides companies a consumer response database system that tracks, logs, and responds to inbound inquiries, comments and complaints while providing online access to product, company, and customer information. Designed specifically for B2C (Business to Consumer) companies, PowerCenter provides the following capabilities for call/contact center agents:
- Call/contact center functionality including: immediate, anonymous consumer identification; screen pops that enable agents to view case/contact history prior to call acceptance; hierarchical call categorization; integrated communications; auto-attachment of call recording to case; automated fulfillment; Microsoft Office integration; agent prompts; and automated alerts.
