@RISK then operationalizes those models by way of the @RISK Relationship Manager. Data are fed to the system, scores are updated, and access to individual customer scores and recommended interventions are made available through this Web enabled tool. Clients can then execute campaigns aimed at increasing their profitability. Systems can be applied in both B2B and B2C environments.
