Venali Internet Fax with the Venali Junk Fax Filter is an Internet fax service that allows E-mail users to send and receive faxes utilizing their existing E-mail system without the need to buy or operate fax equipment.

Users receive a personal fax number which can be in one of more than 1000 supported cities world-wide. Documents to be faxed are securely E-mailed to Venali's global IP fax network where they are converted into faxable documents and delivered to any fax number world-wide. Inbound faxes are received as an E-mail attachment in the user's E-mail inbox. Faxes can be viewed, printed and forwarded, and an additional feature of the system is the fact that the inbound Fax number is never "busy."

The Venali Junk Fax Filter detects Junk Faxes and marks them as such. A rule in the E-mail client can then be used to automatically delete Junk Faxes, or move them into a dedicated Junk Fax or Junk E-mail folder.

In addition to their desktop-based products, Venali also offers the Venali Fax Web Service API, which provides for integration between the Venali Global IP Fax Network and your applications, allowing for fax on-demand. The vendor states that a variety of message delivery and reception formats allow for flexibility of integration into your enterprise software applications, from ERP, CRM and HR systems, to corporate portals and desktop applications. You can leverage your company's existing IT investment by integrating the ability to send faxes, voice messages, mobile (SMS/MMS) messages, E-mails and telex into your current enterprise applications.
