The 3-DNS Controller is an award-winning, global high availability, intelligent traffic and content management product for distributed Internet sites and data centers. 3-DNS makes traffic management decisions according to customer-defined business rules. 3-DNS is twice as fast and adds intelligence to industry-standard DNS/BIND, and ensures end-users are sent to a site that is available and provides the best response. End-user requests are distributed according to customer-defined factors such as geographic proximity, traffic levels and server response time. 3-DNS integrates with other F5 products to create a complete end-to-end traffic and content management solution.
